[Reporting] Provide active filter for Number of Enrollments in Canvas Course Activity Report

Problem statement:

In the Canvas Course Activity Report, by default it shows the number of enrollment for that course under Key Statistics. However, the presentation graph on that report only display active users. For our report viewers, it would be helpful to be able to filter the page to display number of enrollments and number of active users.

Proposed solution:

In Canvas Course Activity Report, allow to filter active/non-active students in the box for Number of Enrolled Students under Key Statistics section. This will give the Report Viewer accurate data for course sites (organizations) with large enrollments to see how many are active users.
