[Reporting] Functionality for a root Impact admin to select which Reporting Template shows for specific Feature Permission Groups
Currently, all roles listed in the Feature Permission Groups can see the same list of reporting templates. This can cause confusion to our Report Viewers. We have Report Viewers from different campuses and each have specific data interests. Currently, the My Report is the go-to but it's really only usable by the user who created it. There's no option to limit Feature Permission Groups to specific reports from the Reporting Template. This is true too for the Impact LTI Course Report, where an instructor can see all the available Reporting Templates.
Provide a functionality for an admin to select which Reporting Templates are visible to specific Feature Permission Groups, and which is available for Impact Course Report LTI. This allows admins to provide reporting templates unique to a role that has access to Insights/Impact Course Reports LTI.
