[Custom User Group] Include or exclude already existing custom user groups and campaign user lists
When creating a Custom User Group, you can exclude Roles, but not other, already existing, custom user groups or the user list from concluded campaigns. Use case: wanting to relaunch a campaign, but to exclude users who have seen the previous iteration of the campaign.
Being able to select already existing custom user groups or campaign user lists when creating a new custom user group in the + Add an "and" condition function. This can either be added to the "User in one of the groups"/"User is in none of the groups filter or as a new option within the condition drop-down menu. This enhancement would save us admins an extra step and provide greater flexibility when defining the criteria for their custom user groups. By allowing users to exclude existing custom user groups or concluded campaign user lists as part of the conditions for a new custom user group, it simplifies the process of creating targeted user segments and helps achieve the use case of excluding users who have interacted with previous campaigns.
