[Campaigns] Monitor or Trigger to collect Canvas Course ID along with User ID

Problem statement:

Currently, monitors and triggers will collect the context selection or interaction by time of interaction and provide the user ID of the user. We would also like to have the monitor to collect the Course or URL of the page where the item was triggered. While it is helpful to know the users, having the additional context of the page or course ID would be helpful to better track LTI usage and tool usage within Impact.

Proposed solution:

Add additional data points on trigger like the trigger URL or Canvas course ID to have more robust reporting.
