[Campaigns] Campaign Target Audience Filter and Timeline View

Problem statement:
When there are multiple campaigns running, we want to make sure that the users are not overloaded with multiple Impact messages. In the current Admin Dashboard, there's no option to view campaigns targeting similar audiences and a timeline view that shows visually the running campaigns.
Proposed solution:
It would be helpful to have the filter option to include message type and target audience to keep track of concurrent campaigns and target audience. A timeline view of the campaigns would be helpful to see the list of campaigns running versus a table view.
