Toggle between all comments and submitted comments in Message Insights

When viewing a message’s insights, the comments section includes both pre-determined comments and submitted comments. The only way to view submitted comments for a particular message is to download the CSV and parse through the data. It would be helpful if we could toggle to see all comments or just the manually submitted ones for an individual message.
