At the end of every campaign, we provide a report to the requestor and include message performance, the total number of pre-determined comments that were selected, and the manually submitted comments. The only way to determine how many people selected comments like "has useful information" is to download the CSV and manually parse through the data. It would be beneficial if the total number of each of these comments could be presented within Message Insights.
