Retain Support Ticket info when you hide the Request Help tab
When submitting a support ticket using the Help tab, if you start writing, but then need to e.g. take a screenshot or check something on your Canvas page, and you hide the tab - all the information you typed is gone. Just clicking anywhere outside the Help tab makes it disappear, and when you return, you are left with a blank form:
This is infuriating when you've already spent time carefully describing your issue.
Please retain the info that has been typed, so that when you click an area outside the tab (or hit the close button at the top), when you reopen the tab, your information is still there - at least until a new pageload or refresh.
