error running course export

I am trying to import material into a class from my shell course and it is failing saying "error running course export". I have been using this all year and never had an issue but all of a sudden I do. I need it fixed now!!! But since I am using the free teacher version, Canvas people cannot help me.

Thank you for contacting Canvas Support. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with importing course content. Similar to what @Chris_Hofer said, yes we do  have a storage limit but it seems like you may need assistance with the export/import process. If this is all within the FFT account, technically you don't need to export anything first and can follow this guide:

However, if you are trying to copy content between Canvas instances please follow these two guides - first export and then import. Hopefully this helps!
