Hi. I have been requesting a Canvas demo for a week now and I still have not received any reply from the sales team of Canvas. I want to get a quote on how much it will cost to switch from "Free for Teacher" to "Paid Canvas".
I have tried contacting their number 1300 956 763 and their Sydney branch +61 2 8038 5069 but there's no one picking up. I left a voice message to them, but still no reply.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I am having the same trouble. Ive been trying to contact Instructor Australia for weeks now.
I need access to the LTI 1.3 integration, to be able to have my sons timetables and schedules and lessons on the Flip Pro interactive Screen.
We purchased a Samsung Flip pro for my disabled son, who needs it for his to sessions.
At the moment we have a $5000 blank screen. Samsung won'tl call me back either and I need the Flip Pro Mac OS drivers for our Mac to be able to table to the flip pro too! if been nothing but a night mare trying to get it all connected
any help would be appreciated
