I want to publish a public course so that my learners won't need to log in. However, in my settings, it tells me "If you need to make your course public please contact your administrator/support." I made a free-for-teacher account independently and don't have an administrator.
Has anyone done this?

Hi @daw113 ,
Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community!
On the free for teacher edition of Canvas, you're unable to make a course public without an administrator (instructure support) changing it for you. If you'd like to inquire about making your course on the free for teacher instance public, please contact canvas support via the help link on your global navigation bar. Upon clicking that link, please click Report a Problem in the slide out menu, then fill in the appropriate information. From there, a support team member will contact you with more information.
Best of luck! Always feel free to come back with any additional questions or concerns.
All the best,
Noah
