What should I do if I forgot my password? 

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Client Login page:

  1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link. You are prompted to enter your email address.
  2. Enter your valid email address that is used as your Username for the Academic Benchmarks site.
  3. Click Request. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email that contains a link to reset your password.
  4. Follow the link inside the email to create a new password for your login credentials.

Please be advised that this link will only work once. Subsequent requests to reset your password will need to repeat this process.
