Branding Changes Starting March 31st

Our Product Names Are Changing.
The Functionality and Support You Love Are Not.

At the end of March, you’ll start to see changes across our product names. At that time, AB Connect will become Elevate Standards Alignment. Elevate Standards Alignment will continue to be powered by Academic Benchmarks.

Why make the change now? Since Certica joined the Instructure family, we’ve been working to bring our brands together to deliver on the promise of the Instructure Learning Platform: to support, enrich, and connect every aspect of teaching and learning.

What’s not changing? The product you use and love, our commitment to service and support, and the people you connect with daily will remain constant.

Standards Updates

Texas TEKS Science
New Draft Sections for K-8

Texas officially adopted new K-8 Science standards in its Essential Knowledge and Skills publication. While the state has not yet released a final, fully-formatted version, Instructure will be capturing these sections. A release date is not yet determined.

How will this change impact the standards data?

You will see nine new sections appear in the Texas > Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) > Science (2020 r2021) document. Each new section will have “DRAFT” in the title.

After Texas publishes the final version, we will do a review of our capture and make any necessary updates.
