When Importing a QTI the name of the Bank is incorrect

When you import a QTI file into an Item Bank according to  https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-import-questions-from-a-QTI-package-int... the name of the Item Bank is changed from whatever the Bank was named to  "IMSMANIFEST".  I have reported this to Support but I guess they also want it documented here.  I would think this is a bug and confusing to users.
