Move through Annoucements as in Modules

Will there be a way to move through Announcements the same way one can move through the different parts of a Module?  In other words, once I have read an announcement, I don't have to click on the Announcement menu and scroll back to where I was. I should just be able to click "Next" or "Previous" and go to adjacent Announcements without having to leave the Announcement I'm in.

This would be a very useful feature.
