What is the refresh schedule for the hosted option?

In the data portal it says "Please note that the date specified does not reflect the actual dates of the data, but instead when the data was finished exporting. The most recent data in a given export is generally 24-36 hours older than the date given. All dates are in UTC."

Is this just about the flat files? or does this cover the data in Redshift also?

What time of day is our Redshift instance updated?

I'm just trying to get an idea of how current the hosted data is and if it's practical to replace some of my current reports that use the API with reports off of Data.

It seems that a delay is experienced for Redshift as well.

It doesn't give a "time" when the Redshift data is updated, but it talks about how to get the latest time using max(timestamp) from the requests table and using that as a reasonable value for it.

I don't know if the exact time it updates is predictable or how useful it would be if the data isn't current as of the time it's updated.
