How do I give Civitas access to our data via Redshift

Looking at the Docs, it looks like I would use the option to Create API Credentials.    This for sure lets myself, and anyone I give them to, access to download the data files and load them into my private DBMS.  

But, I was told that Civitas, in particular, has 'special' access to Redshift, and would be able to obtain access to our data more directly via their own Redshift account.     Are these API Credentials the same for Civitas?    If I give them these Credentials, will they know what to do with them?

I hope this makes sense.

Sorry this one slipped through the cracks! You'll need to grant Civitas API credentials the same way you create creds for accounts at your local institution.
