After recording a video in Canvas Studio I received the following error.
“It appears you have an unfinished recording that couldn't be save; however, it was saved locally. You can review the recording and decided whether to save or delete it.”
After choosing “Handle it” and “Preview Recording” it seems like it tries to load, but then I received another error that says; “Something went wrong. Please try again.”
Is there anyway to retrieve this webcam recording?!

It sounds like it tried to auto save but maybe didn't. When you refreshed was the content there? It may have been your internet browser or network connection. A small timeout or issue can render these videos to not upload to the Canvas servers. If you don't see it or weren't able to recover it, your best bet is to contact Canvas Support directly and have them check.
