Hi! I tried recording a video in Canvas Studio and after it "processing" for forever, it didn't process. I got the error "unable to process". Does anyone know if there's any way to recover it?

Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community. Apologies nobody has responded to you yet.
Usually... if a video fails to process and it disappears... it's usually gone. I'm really sorry to break that to you and for the inconvenience. At least in my experience where I've had that issue I haven't been able to recover it.
