Studio Inactive Members

Going through the Media Management and Analytics, I can clearly point out who are inactive in Studio. However, there are a few instances that teachers have uploaded media into their studio collections in less than a year, yet they are still showing as inactive. Is anyone else getting this? Any chance on fixing that?

I was just reading over the guide here https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Studio-Releases/Studio-Release-Notes-2024-08-07/ta-p/61143... and it states: "Note: A user is considered inactive if they have not launched Studio in at least one year."

As an instructor (or student), we can add content to my Studio library without actually clicking the Studio icon on the global navigation to launch the tool. I am wondering if perhaps there is a mismatch. That is, if the wording in the guide is accurate/ inaccurate. Or of the code only checks if the tool is launched via the navigation vs. also including new content additions via the course RCE.
