In July 2024, a YouTube video was added as a project attachment, and the cover image was taken from YouTube; now, in September 2024, on a separate new project, the cover image is a placeholder of three Polaroid pictures.
This happens on new projects. Old projects show the desired cover image from YouTube. The old projects have an option of "This is your project's cover photo." The new projects do not have that option.
Tried both Safari and Chrome, and I got the same results.
Attaching a second cover photo for the project cover photo makes sense for an essay but does not make sense for a video.
The need to add a second image was not previously necessary.
Is this an error actively being worked on, or is it the new normal?
Is there a setting that needs to be changed?
If someone knows what I am talking about, try a new video. Does the cover image come from the video, or is it the Canvas placeholder?
