In this Canvas release (20 May), Regular Lato Font is available for the Canvas for Elementary interface. In Assignments, Modules and New Quizzes, SpeedGrader quick links are added to the Options menus. Additionally, users can resize embedded Canvas Studio media in the Rich Content Editor. Also, in New Quizzes, the Rich Content Editor is available in individual questions.

In Sub-Account settings when Canvas for Elementary is enabled, admin can set the font to Regular Lato Font.

This update improves accessibility to SpeedGrader from various areas within Canvas.
Feature Workflow
In Assignments, instructors can view the SpeedGrader quick link using the Options menu.
In Modules, instructors can view the SpeedGrader quick link for Assignments, Classic Quizzes New Quizzes and Graded Discussions using the Options Menu.
In the Assignment View page, instructors can view the SpeedGrader quick link using the Options Menu.
In the Assignment Edit page, instructors can view the SpeedGrader quick link using the Options Menu.
In the Quizzes page, instructors can view the SpeedGrader quick link using the Options Menu.
When in the build page of a New Quiz, instructors can view the SpeedGrader quick link in the Options Menu.
Additionally, when in the Moderate page of a New Quiz, instructors can view a SpeedGrader button.
Additional Details
If an item has not been published, the SpeedGrader quick link does not display.

Summary
In the Rich Content Editor, users can resize embedded Canvas Studio media.
Change Benefit
This update allows users to resize Canvas Studio media quickly and easily in the user interface.
Feature Workflow
When selecting media to embed in the Rich Content Editor, disable Display Media Tabs [1]. Select the Embed Button [2].
After embedding Canvas Studio Media, click the video and select the Studio Media Options link.
Users can select a standard Size.
Additionally, users can select the size Custom [2], select a Dimension Type [2] and enter the desired ratios.
Additional Details
Previously, users could only resize Canvas Studio media using the HTML editor. Additionally, users can not edit the Media Title or add a caption file.
Feature options allow institutions to enable newly developed Canvas functionality according to their preferred time frame. Unless otherwise noted, all feature options are opt-in and do not require any action by a Canvas admin until a feature’s enforcement date is announced. This update provides instructors the ability to utilize the accessibility checker on questions and instructions, add media recordings within New Quizzes, and change the view between HTML editor and classic view for advanced users. Users can also access a math editor. Additionally, this update provides students with the ability to record audio and video within the RCE of a New Quiz.
