why my uploaded stylesheet and scripts are in http format

I have customized my hosted site with my logo. Then I added the ssl certificate. Now all the changes that I made previously with css and js, are not working. I am also getting the mixed content error for both of my css and js files. In the tutorials I see that the uploaded files are in https but in my case the files are in http. How can I resolve this?

Unfortunately we don't provide support for custom CSS, so you may want to reach out to an admin at your school to see if they could assist with the coding. Sorry about that!
