I have class online on Mon.and wednes.why is it that I am not able to login onto canvas I missed the whole class

Try getting on it from the internet- chrome, Mozilla or Firefox- mine has been down all day as well on phone app but try going online to do it, so you can get your work done. Hope that helps.

There have been several students who have had issues logging in to Canvas recently. Here are some things that have been suggested:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. I have been recommending using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser of choice. Also, you may want to read through the information in What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Try clearing your browser's cache/history files. Once that has been completed, shut down your browser. Then, restart the browser, and log back in to Canvas. Did anything change?
- Reach out to Houston Community College's staff who work directly with Canvas. This might be something like their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. I found this page on the Houston Community College website that might be of help to you: Technical Support | Houston Community College - HCC (hccs.edu).
- Contact the folks at the Canvas Help Desk. They may have some additional suggestions for you.
