log in from a different device

I am trying to login to canvas with my telephone but it doesn't seem to be working. I use the same password, but doesn't work..

Step 1: Go back to a computer you know you can log into Canvas from, log out, and log back in there. Make sure it works.

Step 2: Make sure you are trying to log into the same Canvas. May I ask: What is the URL you use when it works?

Hi @nazanece123 - Often, when accessing Canvas with a mobile device, there are challenges in selecting the correct institution. Please make sure you enter the name of your school or the direct URL directly.

Where do I find my institution's URL to access Canvas?
