fill in the blank word bank

In Quizzes, either fill-in-the-blank questions need to be able to do partial credit, or matching needs to have a word bank option instead of drop down.

Instructure has shared that their quiz-related development efforts are focused on New Quizzes.

I'm using New Quizzes. Fill-in-the-blank does not have the option for partial credit like matching does, and matching does not have a word bank option.
