class cannot see posts

I've posted and then hit save and publish but my class cannot see the post.  I'm new at this.  what am I missing?

Hi  @eqdarwin  Welcome to the Canvas Community.

This is tricky without being able to see what you are referring to exactly. 

I am guessing you are referring to a discussion post. But I could be wrong. Perhaps it's your course?

Whatever it is that you want to post please check that the date you have set is correct. Perhaps it is not open yet for students to view? 

I'm happy to keep helping you to sort this out but will need more detail. eg. are you the instructor or the student, are you referring to the whole course, a page, discussion, module or assignment?
