Hello  @lettyciachaves   and welcome to the Canvas Community!  Your best bet to get this question answered will be to contact your course instructor or the institution where you completed the class.  They should be able to give you some information about a certificate.  The Canvas Community is made up of fellow Canvas users from around the world.  While great at answering many questions, normally for something this specific one needs to ask someone at their own institution.
