Hello there, @JuneTellezRosa...
Thank you for sharing that screenshot with us showing the gray (and maybe blinking?) course cards on your Canvas Dashboard. I've seen similar questions here in the Community in the past, and here are some of the recommendations that have been offered:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. In general, when you are navigating around Canvas, you should try and use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox...as those two browsers will give you the best browsing experience when logged in to Canvas.
- Clear your cache/history in your browser. Then, shut down your browser. Re-start the browser, and see if your courses show up on your Dashboard.
- Reach out to staff at Portland State University. Sometimes schools will have an Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department that can help with issues like this. I also tried looking for help on Portland's website for you. I found this page which has some contact information. I'm not sure if this is the correct department to direct your questions to, but maybe they could steer you in the right direction?
