canvas isn't loading dashboard

My canvas dashboard isn't loading. Just shows my class boxes that are grey and just flashing. Inbox and calendar is completely blank also. I can tell that some icons are missing towards the left column because there are some spaces. Please help, classes just started and majority of them are online using canvas. ( I have a MacBook air if that helps)

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your Canvas Dashboard not displaying correctly. I've seen a lot of similar issues here in the Community over the past several days. The suggestions that have been put forward are:
- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date. Consider even switching to a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Also, you might want to check out the information in What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?.
- Clear your browser cache/history. Once you've done that, close out of your browser and re-start it. Log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed. Since you are using a MacBook, here's a Guide for you: How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
- Contact Palm Beach State College's eLearning Department. I spent a few moments searching their website, and I found a couple pages that might be helpful to you:
- Reach out to Canvas Support. They may have some additional recommendations for you, too.
