Why I could not change my full name (used for grading) in profile name setting?

Hi Team,
Could you help to change my full name which used for grading in profile name setting? It seems gray out on my canvas setting page.
I'd like to set up my full name as my legal nam used for grading. But display name as Michelle Wang which people will see in discussion, comment, and message.

You will need to reach out to your school's Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning team to assist with your question. Canvas Community members here don't have the ability to help with this because we don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your school's systems.
