Verifying activities in another course?

What is the best way for a teacher in one course to verify the activities completed in another course?  Specifically, all student are required to complete an Academic Integrity Quiz in an Academic Integrity Course.  How can a random History professor easily verify whether or not a student has completed that quiz in that other course? 

I could see this also being a need for courses that have Lab sections taught by a different instructor or GA.  How can the main course Teacher verify that the student completed the Lab course assignments without actually having access to the Lab course? 

Has anyone explored badges or something similar to manage these types of credentials?

The only way I'm aware of is to assign admin permissions to the trainer. You can set appropriate Account Role permissions to only allow the trainer to view all courses/grades under the account without being able to make any changes unless they're enrolled in the course.
