Unassociated

There is no option to change the status from "unassociated" to "changed" or "synchronized." 

Do I have to wait until the semester actually begins for this option to be available?

If not, why can't I change it from "unassociated"?

Where are you seeing these status words within Canvas?  I am not familiar with where these would be located.  Can you please provide some more information for us?
