I'm not aware of anything on the admin side that would provide a report like this. I could be wrong, so I'd be happy to learn from others if this could be done via other methods. Keep in mind, though, that the numbers you are looking for may be skewed. For example, you may have data for John Doe indicating he was signed in for 25 hours. But, was he actively participating in his course? Or, did he log in and then leave his computer for an hour or two? The time is still ticking in his login, but he's not actively participating or working on other activities/assignments. So, you'd need to factor in something like that, too.
