I'm not sure I know what you mean by "archer a link to another page". Are you asking about anchor links? Anchor links can be used to link to other spots in the same page or other pages. For example, a web page that has a lot of content on it might have some anchor links at the top of the page. When a person clicks on one of these links, it jumps down to a specific location on the same page that the web designer had specified using the anchor links at the top of the page.
