Hi
We have an integration set up with Microsoft so that Teams groups can be used with Canvas primarily for the purposes of OneNote administration. Previously, when the integration was activated at the course level, the Teams classroom/course was created and a menu link appeared in the main course menu. The integration appears to still be working okay - enabling creates the corresponding Teams course and populates with the required Canvas users; however, the menu link is nowhere to be seen and is not visible at from the Navigation settings tab. While students can access Teams directly, this was a useful useability feature - wondering if anyone has experienced similar and whether there is a quick fix, or should we redo the integration?
Cheers
Darryl

Hi @dhumphreys,
I know there are a few different Microsoft apps out there. As far as I can see, install instructions for the latest Teams integration are on the Use Microsoft Teams Assignments LTI app with Canvas | Microsoft Learn page. Can you confirm if that is the integration you are using? If so, it does indicate a course navigation menu should be available (though it may be hidden by default depending on which developer key you used). If you're using a different integration, it may be outdated and I'd suggest perhaps thinking about an upgrade when it's convenient for your school/institution.
Hope this info helps!
