I have submitted my group assginment 2 & 3 on behalf of my group and canvas have shown the date and time of the submission (different days but for the same course). I was able to get access to the turnitin similarity report on the submission day and the canvas page appears as submitted for these two assignments. But now that the lecturer is stating that we did not submit the assignment at all and we were given a 0. As I then try to go into the turnitin similarity report to obtain the digital receipt, I encounter the following error:
{"errors":[{"status":502,"detail":"Unauthorised Viewer access attempt for LTI user Id: [552ca051e546d49861db42809d711f0710259d00]. User does not belong to this Canvas assignment group: [https://api.turnitin.com/api/lti/1p0/redirect/dv/report/2138053758/student?lang=en_us]"}]}
We have talked to our program leader to learn that there suppose to be a email notification from turnitin everytime when I submit any assignment. All four of us have never received any notificiation for the past 1 and half year when we were using canvas. Please advise what I can do to prove my submission, this is very important for my group.
Thank you.

Hi @XuejingZhang,
Based on the error message you posted form Turnitin, I'd guess that someone (a teacher, ta, etc) may have changed around the group memberships for that assignment after you submitted it. Canvas does give a warning when teachers do that, but sometimes the warning is ignored. For example, if you get moved from "group a" to "group b" after submitting for "group a", you may end up in the exact or very similar situation to this. Unfortunately, we in the global Canvas Community don't have access to your specific Canvas account or course, so you'd need to likely talk about this more with your teacher to get more information.
Hope this helps a bit.
