Student moved class and their quiz results disappeared.

I have had a couple of students do 2 terms worth of Qlearn including doing assessment quiz etc. However, the students have changed lines and be added into another class. all their quiz data has gone, and it looks like they have not finished the previous quizzes. How do I find the past quiz they have completed??

Hello @ctatt23  -- when this happens in my school district, typically manually adding the student back into the course will re-connect them and re-populate their work.   If a teacher cannot do this, then the Canvas Admin from your district or school would need to do it.   We usually do it as a temporary meausure and pull the grades we need and then they are removed after.
