where on canvas can I find the respondus monitor?
reason is that I download the respondus lockdown browser and attach my webcam to my laptop but it did not work; I don't know what I did wrong.

"Monitor" is not a separate program. "Monitor" is just an added webcam requirement that instructors can choose on quizzes which are set to require LockDown Browser.
You can do a test of the webcam with LockDown Browser outside of a quiz by using the preview page at
https://respondus.com/monitorpreview
Respondus also has some webcam troubleshooting steps at

Beyond that, you'll probably want top contact Respondus Support.
