This is the first semester I have had this issue. The quizzes on my Canvas course automatically show up as a zero on students grade right from the first day of class. Typically the quizzes don't count until the day that the quiz is due on Canvas. The result is that students are panicking about their grades because they are not accurately being reflecting in Canvas since the zeros on their future quizzes are bringing their grade down. Can I fix this in the settings somehow? Again, this is the first semester I have ever had this problem in Canvas.
