Organizing students from different schools

We provide curriculum for several schools using Canvas and would like to organize students by school, even though students from different schools can be enrolled in the same course. Is there a way to do this?

We want school admins to be able to see which students are enrolled in which courses and generate reports, too. The LMS Neo/Matrix has what they call Organizations. In addition to being enrolled in courses, students can be assigned to organizations and the organization admin has access to grades, etc. Does Canvas have a feature that works like Matrix Organizations?

Individual teachers currently have observer accounts, which are great, but I don't think that's a good solution for this objective.
