Obtaining Anonymous Feedback from Students in a Canvas Course?

Does Canvas have a function where I can provide students in an online course a request for feedback in how the course is working for them where all the students responding remain anonymous to me, and to each other?

@altanya if you institution still has access to classic quizzes (not New Quizzes) then you can create a survey and the option to make submissions anonymous is an option.  

I know some users are not big fans of this option as you can look at student's log and timestamp when they submitted it and use that figure out which student is which (or close to it) but in general it is a good option and keeps everything in Canvas.

@KrissK The Classic Quizzes/New Quizzes Comparison document: Canvas New Quizzes Feature Comparison - Google Docs states that "Canvas will meet many needs similar to surveys with future tooling," so crossing my fingers that this happens before Classic is retired. Not holding my breath though 😉
