No Valid File ids given

I cant use my canvas student app for submission because it says "no valid file ids given" what should I do to fix the problem?

I am sorry your question went so long without a response.

Some good things to try in this situation are submitting from a browser, preferably via a computer if available. Connecting to a different network can some times resolve the issue. Check your assignment and see if the instructor placed file type restrictions on the upload and make sure your file type is approved.

Something else you can do is go to your account settings, remove Canvas for iOS under approved integrations and then uninstall the app from your mobile device. Turn your device off for a minute, then turn it back on, install the Canvas Student app again and sign back in.
