Is there a way to use something like a csv file to upload many questions at a time?

The most common way to import quizzes is using the QTI format, not CSV. Several different types of software can be used to create QTI files. Please refer to the following guide for more information about this process:
Hope this helps!

Hello @mcarrion,
If your institution subscribes to Respondus 4 (the exam authoring tool, not the virtual proctoring tool), it is possible to use it to create questions. After you create the questions in Respondus 4, you would need to (because New Quizzes is not currently compatible with it) follow the guidance at https://support.respondus.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409595714203-Publishing-to-Instructure-Canvas-New-Q....
If your institution does not subscribe to Respondus 4, if you really wanted to, you could purchase (or use the demo version for 30 days) an individual license. There is information about purchasing it available at https://web.respondus.com/he/respondus/pricing.
