Multiple Class Grades for One Student

I have multiple classes that I have to monitor (7 per semester), with the same students. I know how to find each of the students grades within each class, but is there a way for me to select one student and get a list of each class they are assigned to with their current grades per class for that semester? 

Ex: 

John Smith

Computer Science: 81%

English 1: 99%

Statistics: 76% 

Finding a feature that did this would make it easier for myself and administration to track semester grades for our students, as well as determine whether a student is meeting expectations overall.
