Missing student in Mastery Grade book

I have a student who I have edited his section, but when I go to my Learning Mastery Grade book, he does not appear in his section. In fact to obtain his Mastery Learning scores, I have to go to People, locate him, and then access his grades through this. I have asked in the Community for ideas but have not gotten any. I have deleted him and put him back into the course. I have edited his section by removing and then adding it back it. I do not have any filters applied to my Grade Book. Nothing seems to work. This is only happening with him - out of 130+ students. Any help you can provided would be appreciated.

With a situation like this, it may be best to look at specifics and contact support directly. There may be factors on the backend of things that require fixing that you cannot fix yourself.
