Item Bank visibility

I use New Quizzes to design quizzes for my course. I like the ability to add questions to Item Banks at the end of the semester and choose questions from the Bank. 

I have noticed that I can view/edit Item Bank created by other faculty members. How do I stop this from happening? I don't want my Item Bank to be visible to other teachers and vice-versa.

This is a major issue for us, because not only do others have visibility; they can also edit and delete the banks as well.

I see banks from across my entire university. Huge security risk. Surely Instructure didn't intend for items banks to operate like this did they?
