Is there a feedback Tool/Option for Tutors Who Shouldn't See Grades?

I am looking for a way for tutors to give feedback to students without being able to access grades. Currently, if they want to use SpeedGrader to give feedback to help a student with their work, they also have access to grades as these permissions are lumped together. The peer review feature doesn't seem to work for this either as they aren't a student in the course, and we don't want faculty to have to add the peer review feature to every assignment where the tutor might want to give feedback. What are others ways in which a tutor can give feedback on assignments while limiting their access to see grades. LTI options? Ideally tutors would be able to use SpeedGrader so all feedback it is all in one place for students and the instructors can see the feedback as well, but the fact that grade visibility and providing feedback are lumped together permissions-wise makes that a non-option.
