I have imported questions using a QTI file, but some of the questions appear with the HTML code visible. When I try to remove the extra text and save the question, it shows that the text is removed. But, when I reload the page the questions go back to the original format with the HTML code visible.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi @BradAdmin,
If this is happening for banks with more than 50 questions, and for all of the questions after 50, it's a known bug and should hopefully be fixed in production next week (I have a ticket open on this and got that update from Canvas support recently).

The question banks only had 20 questions in each one of them. I imported about 20 question banks and some of them came in with no issues at all and others ended up with this issue.
I just met with an instructor who is experiencing the same thing. Started noticing it last week and then this week in another course. Thank you for opening a ticket with Canvas (that seems to be disabled at my institution). I will let the instructor know that she is not alone - we couldn't find anything else about it. But, she has an exam next Tuesday. I wonder how quickly they are going to be able to fix the bug.
