I apologize you are having trouble accessing your module timetables and other content on your PC and Mac.
We might need more context to really figure out what is causing the issue you are describing here. I'll try and provide as much information for you on this.
- What seems to be happening when you try and access this content? Is the browser timing out? Are you seeing any error messages?
- Browser troubleshooting: Are you able to view the content while using an incognito window? if so, this would indicate that your browser might be acting up. I would suggest trying to clear cache and cookies if that is the case. Here are the canvas guides for clearing that data on MAC and PC. be sure to select 'All Time" in the time range to ensure the best results after.

- Network issues: Since you are seeing this on your PC and Mac, it could be an issue with the network/Wifi you are connected. When you load the content on your Android, are you connected to a cellular network?
- VPN issues: Are you possibly using a VPN when this happens? If so, after disabling the VPN, are you able to view the module content?
- AntiVirus: Is your antivirus blocking the content from being loaded?
- Error messages: Are you seeing any error messages when this content tries to load? This might help us determine the issue if you are seeing any thing display there.
